Refund Policy

Effective Date: January 2025

1. Non-Returnable Products

In accordance with Indonesian law (Peraturan Menteri Kesehatan), nutritional supplements and biological active products are classified as non-returnable items. Once opened or used, products cannot be returned for refund due to health and safety regulations.

2. Sealed Product Returns

Unopened, sealed products may be eligible for return within 30 days of receipt if defective or damaged upon arrival. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Returns must include original packaging and proof of purchase.

3. Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective product, contact us immediately with photos of the damage. We will assess the claim and may offer a replacement or partial refund at our discretion, depending on product condition and applicable law.

4. No Refunds for Dissatisfaction

Refunds are not provided for general dissatisfaction with product taste, format, or perceived effectiveness. All product descriptions are provided for reference. Purchases are final once the seal is broken.

5. Refund Process

To request a return or refund for eligible items, contact [email protected] with your order information and reason for return. Allow 5–7 business days for processing. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 10–14 business days.

6. Hygiene and Health Standards

Due to food safety and supplement integrity regulations, products that have been opened, consumed from, or exposed to contamination cannot be accepted for return. This protects consumer health.

7. Expiration Dates

Products received past their expiration date should not be used. Report expired products immediately. We will address this as a separate issue from standard returns.

8. Order Cancellation

Orders placed through our contact form can be canceled before processing if requested within 24 hours. After processing, standard refund policies apply.

9. International Orders

Refund policies for international orders are subject to customs laws and import restrictions in destination countries. Return shipping may not be permitted. Contact us to discuss options.

10. Policy Compliance

This policy complies with Indonesian consumer protection laws and supplement regulations. In case of discrepancy with local law, the applicable local law takes precedence.
